How many sessions do I need?
My goal as your psychologist is to help you get to a place where you feel grounded and confident in your capacity to manage most challenges in your life independently. Many clients start noticing improvements within the first few sessions and dependent on your needs, we can always re-evaluate the frequency of our sessions.
Do you take insurance?
I am currently not accepting insurance. Sometimes, insurance companies cover “out of network” providers fully or a percentage of the cost. I am happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance agency for reimbursement if this is the case for you.
When can I schedule appointments?
I understand that life gets busy and it can be hard to consider when to make time for therapy. That’s why I offer appointments not only during the day, but also evenings and weekends. When you contact me we will discuss what works best for you and go from there.
How much does it cost?
I provide a free 15 minute consultation to talk about your needs in therapy and during the call, we will discuss session costs as well. I understand the nuances that life brings and offer some sliding scale spots in my practice. Therapy is a commitment to yourself and can have life lasting benefits for folks who want to live more meaningful lives.
Intake (60 minutes): $275
Follow ups (45 minutes): $250

Disclosure Notice for Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
