I also find that some folks benefit from a more structured treatment plan, drawing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches to understand the relationships between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Many of my clients have benefitted from integrating mindfulness into our treatment plan in supporting ones capacity to be more present in every aspect of life.
